News on the Programme
In the afternoons there are twelve sessions after the morning and before the evening sessions available which can be booked for individual presentations or group meetings. If reservations are made by January 20, it will be part of the official printed program.
For presenters of accepted papers: each session will last 60 minutes and contain three papers. 10 minutes will be allocated for the presentation of each paper, the discussion will be opened by a discussant (5-7 minutes), the rest of the session will be reserved for discussion.
The Forum reserves one hour of the Thursday evening session for the presentation of research interests of the participating universities. We will organize a ppt slide show, which can be commented by university representatives. From each university we need 2 ppt slides (which can be animated, but should not last longer than 3 minutes) by January 20. The slide show will be available as print out for the participants. The slides should be in the ppt slide show format.
Both extended abstract and full paper need to be submitted in MS Word, Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 spaced. Full papers will be included in the pre-prints as they are without any further editing from our side.
All full papers will be reviewed by the members of the International Advisory Board after the Forum for possible publication in a refereed proceedings volume.
